I am Dr. Mellissa
Dr. Mellissa De Conza has a Ph.D in Psychology and board-certified behavior analyst with over 20 years of experience in the field. She is a parent of a child with unique needs and is familiar with the regional center and IEP process.
Dr. Mellissa brings her unique experience of being both a professional, a clinician, and a parent to the process of SDP. Dr. Mellissa enjoys not only creating the person-centered plan and creating budgets but also in investigating resources that could help provide the much-needed services to help support the whole family.

I am Mike
Mike DeConza is an independent facilitator who has his own experience as a parent of a child with unique needs. Mike is now a parent to 6 and a grandparent to 13. He enjoys helping families develop their person-centered plans and creating budgets that meet the many-faceted aspects of life for children and adults with special needs.Â


Our Approach
The team at Behavior Momentum’s unique set of skills can help the family to create a robust, Person-Centered Plan, assist in vendor contracting, on-boarding with both the regional center and the FMS, as well as creating a plan that looks not only at this year but the ability to create your own team to help your loved one move forward in life.
